LISA McMANUS - PARROT ABUSE

These are the photos that were taken by the authorities on the day that Lisa McManus had her parrots confiscated -9/23/2009. They have not been doctored except to lighten a few of them to better show the actual details.

Despite this evidence, Lisa McManus continues to declare her innocence over 4 months later.
A legal maneuver transferred the charges to her husband who has nothing to do with the birds.

and the situation with the Rocky Mountain Society of Aviculture (RMSA) supporting this behavior including the presiden Eric Nelson's "martial law" attempts to keep the club membership from knowing about this situation been discussed at great length.

Belle and Carlita were a mated pair of Patagonian Conures. When they were confiscated because of the horrific care they received from Lisa McManus, they were very sick with dehydration, starvation, and severe fungal disease. Although they received extensive veterinary care at the Gabriel Foundation, both had to be euthanized because there was no hope for recovery.

 I have personally severed any connection to the RMSA because the president Eric Nelson, declared a sort of martial law that denies the club members from learning about this situation at club meetings and continues to support Lisa McManus and her bird abuse/hoarding behavior.

The AFA demanded her resignation from their board.
